Refund policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be in original condition and not used beyond normal inspection, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that the return window begins on the date the item is delivered to the customer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health, safety, and quality assurance, the following cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Customized or Made-to-Order products
  • Products marked "Non-Returnable" on product pages
  • Assembled, used beyond normal inspection, or damaged by the customer
  • Items not in original packaging

Upon approval, you'll receive:

  • Packing instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Use original packaging whenever possible
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Ship to provided address only
  • Retain shipping confirmation for tracking

Important: Returns shipped without authorization or to incorrect addresses may be refused or delayed. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refunds. Please contact us first when you return the product.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer-Responsible Returns

If returning due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size/color selection
  • No longer needed

Cost: Customer pays return shipping fees
Carrier: Choose any reliable shipping service
Recommendation: Purchase tracking and insurance

Company-Responsible Returns

If returning due to:

  • Defective or damaged item
  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Quality issues

Cost: We provide prepaid return label
Process: Label sent via email upon approval

Note: We do not charge restocking fees. However, original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.

REFUND PROCESSING

Inspection & Verification

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
  • Inspection is typically completed within 3-5 business days, and the item condition will be verified against our return eligibility criteria.

Refund Issuance

Once the inspection is approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Refund Amount Calculation

Full Refund: Product price only (if return due to company error)

Partial Refund: Product price minus original shipping (if return due to customer preference)

Deductions: Return shipping fees deducted when customer-responsible

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that additional processing time of 5–10 business days may be required by your bank or payment provider before the refund appears on your account.  If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe after approval, please contact us at support@curlaky.com, and our team will be happy to assist.

EXCHANGES

Follow standard return process

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has shipped.

Our fulfillment team typically processes and ships orders within 1–2 business days. If your cancellation request is received before shipment confirmation is issued, the order will be successfully canceled and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, the order becomes subject to our standard Return Policy after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

Missing or Incorrect Items
