Service Area

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states within the United States. To ensure reliable delivery performance and service quality, we are unable to accept orders shipped to the following locations:

Non-contiguous states: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI)

U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), American Samoa (AS), Northern Mariana Islands (MP)

Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO): AA, AE, AP

Service availability may vary by product type and delivery method. We continually evaluate our shipping capabilities and hope to expand our service area in the future.

Shipping Fees

We maintain a transparent shipping fee structure:

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders totaling $800 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $800 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $69.

Shipping Methods & Service Details

Standard Parcel Shipping

Applicable Items: Non-oversized products.
Carrier Partners: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other national carriers.
Estimated Transit Time: 5–10 business days (exclude weekends and holidays) after shipment.

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight Delivery

Applicable Items:
Large furniture and oversized items exceeding standard parcel dimensions.

Delivery Type:
By default, LTL shipments are delivered via curbside delivery, which means the carrier will deliver the item to the curb, driveway, or ground-level entrance of the delivery address.
Inside delivery, stair carry, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materials are not included unless explicitly stated on the product page or at checkout.

Customer Responsibility:
Due to the size and weight of LTL shipments, customers are advised to arrange additional assistance at the time of delivery if needed.

Estimated Transit Time:
7–12 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier scheduling.

Freight Delivery Appointment Notice

For LTL freight deliveries, the carrier will typically contact the recipient by phone in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

Important:

  • Please ensure that the phone number provided at checkout is accurate and reachable.
  • Failure to respond to the carrier may result in delayed delivery, re-delivery fees, or storage charges imposed by the carrier.
  • Any additional fees caused by missed appointments or unreachable recipients may be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Timeline

Order Preparation

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing immediately:

Standard Processing Time: 1-2 business days for order verification, picking, and packing.

LTL Orders: This timeframe includes initial freight carrier scheduling and pickup coordination.

Shipment Tracking & Visibility

Shipment Notification: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent automatically once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Tracking Information: The email includes the carrier name and your unique tracking number.

Self-Service Tracking: Use the provided tracking number on the carrier's website for real-time shipment updates.
